Payment: We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, and checks. If paying by credit card, please phone or fax card details, including billing address and the 3-4 digit security code from the back of the card to one of the numbers above. Please note that we require 50% of the total as a deposit, and the remaining balance will be due prior to shipment.

Lead Times: Our lead times are 8-10 weeks. Lead times do not start until Silho had received all details of the order, including drawings and disclaimers signed off on, all materials finalized, and COM fabrics received.

Delivery: Silho will deliver to locations in the greater Los Angeles area. Delivery fees are not included in the prices of any merchandise. In order to provide you with the most accurate delivery quote, please provide detailed delivery information, especially if there will be limited access to the final destination (i.e. stairways, narrow doorways or passages, etc). Silho is not liable for extra delivery costs that result from undisclosed access limitation.

Long Distance Shipping: For shipments to locations outside of the greater Los Angeles area, Silho is happy to help you expedite long distance shipping by referring you to companies we have used in the past, provide shipping quotes and coordinating pick-ups. Once items are picked up Silho does not track the shipment, nor does Silho handle any claims. Any disputes between the shipping companies and client will be held independent of Silho Furniture.
